Dr Nikolay Mehandjiev
Nikolay Mehandjiev lives in Manchester, UK, and works at the University of Manchester.
Dr Mehandjiev is a Professor of Enterprise Information Systems and currently is the Head of the MOMS Division of the Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester. He has participated in collaborative projects with industry worth €44m of which €4,2m to the University of Manchester. The most recent project in which he participates is ARUM, a €12.6 mln project involving partners such as EADS, Airbus and P3, other current projects are in collaboration with BT and Atos. He is also involved with the EUD4Services.org initiative, aiming to open the design of software services to non-programmers.
Nikolay has had visiting positions with SAP Research Labs, Atos, BT, the University of New South Wales, and Tongji University in Shanghai. He has taught a wide variety of modules related to the strategic use of information systems for contemporary enterprises at MBA, Masters and Undergraduate levels.
